With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant and private
catering business, I have now turned my attention to developing
the nutritional health and well being of my clients. I believe that the
body is nurtured by the food that we feed it, and as such, food
should not only be delicious but it should also fuel our bodies optimally.
For this reason, I use only the most wholesome ingredients in my food
preparation and draw from influences all over the world including
Asia, Europe as well as my own Caribbean background. With each
meal that I prepare my goal is to consider all the nutritional needs of
my clients and to leave them longing for more.
